Tranmere vs Maidenhead United – Man of the Match

By Peter Tscherewik

Tranmere claimed their seventh successive home win at Prenton Park on Saturday, beating Maidenhead United 3-2.

After the final whistle we asked you, the fans, to vote for your man of the match out of James Norwood, Josh Ginnelly, Ollie Norburn and Jay Harris.

We can now reveal that your man of the match was our top goalscorer, Norwood!

The striker ran away with the accolade with a massive 82% of the vote going in his favour, and deservedly so.

Norwood opened the scoring for Tranmere with a curling effort from 25-yards, he assisted Ginnelly for Rovers’ second and ran his socks off throughout the match.
